I am providing a simple shove in the right direction as where they spawn. They do not always spawn, it is not 100%. You may have to wait there (AFK) for a few hours. I am providing pictures of the NPC, so you can get a better sense of where they spawn on map too. I wish you good luck! And remember to have about 4,000,000 Kinah for the “Holy Water” item.

1) Riikaard: Not a rare spawn NPC. NPC is always there in the mansion in Panda.

2) Herosir: Not a rare spawn NPC. NPC is in Ishalgen.

3) Gellner: (7:00AM – 9:00AM Game time) Rare spawn NPC. Teleport to Moheim, fly to Alsig, near Silver Mane Village. He did not spawn for me 2-3 times… I didn’t know if I was in the right area. He spawns on top of a rock platform as seen in the pictures.
4) Natorp: (5:00AM – 7:00AM Game Time) Rare Spawn NPC, fly to Alsig village and run to spot on map. You can glide to spot I assume, or have fun and jump from stationary platform to a moving platform… so on.
5) Needham: (3:00AM – 5:00AM) Rare Spawn NPC, teleport to Brusthonin. He is under a wooden deck, which is above you when standing in the water. Remember you can change channels in Brusthonin.
6) Landsberg: (2:00AM – 3:00AM) Rare Spawn NPC, teleport to Belusian, Fly to Redmane, and jump down to the lvl 43 area. There is a chance of being ganked, so I bound myself to Red mane village.
7) Levinhard: (1:00AM – 2:00AM) Rare Spawn NPC, teleport to Brusthonin, fly to. NPC is located up near a stairs case. There are two channels in Brusthonin, incase he does not spawn in the one you’re in, he may be in the other. There is a lot of Orichalcum and such around, so you can waste time farming, if you wish.
8) Lonergan: (12:00AM – 1:00PM) Rare Spawn NPC, teleport to Belusian, fly to Besfer Refuge Camp. NPC spawns high up (not above the waters). NPC spawns on what I think is a snowy patch of ground. (This NPC didn’t spawn for me 3 times).
